ELIGIBILITY & USER RESPONSIBILITY
By using our website and/or submitting a quote request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making inquiries, submitting forms, or booking travel services.

QUOTES & PRICING
All quotes provided by Topsail Travel are estimates and are subject to change until confirmed with payment. Prices and availability cannot be guaranteed until a booking is finalized. Travel costs may fluctuate due to supplier updates, market conditions, or changes in availability.

PLANNING & CANCELLATION FEES
A non-refundable trip planning fee of $99.00 is required for travel planning services unless waived at the discretion of the travel agent. This fee covers research, itinerary building, supplier coordination, and ongoing trip management.  Topsail Travel reserves the right to  impose a $99 cancellation fee per booking, which must be paid before the cancellation is processed with any supplier.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS
All bookings are subject to supplier availability at the time of reservation.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Final payment deadlines vary by supplier and will be disclosed during the booking process.
  • Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation and forfeiture of any paid funds.

All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms. Topsail Travel does not retain credit card information.


PAYMENT PLAN TERMS
Topsail Travel may provide a customized payment plan for eligible vacation packages.

  • Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Monthly Payments: Once the deposit is received, the remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly payments leading up to the final payment date.
  • Due Dates: All due dates will be listed in your payment schedule.
  • Late Payments: Late or missed payments may incur additional fees and may result in cancellation of your reservation per supplier policy.
  • Final Payment: The full balance must be paid by the final payment deadline to ensure that all travel arrangements remain confirmed.


CHANGES & SUBSTITUTIONS
Topsail Travel reserves the right to modify or substitute components of your trip when necessary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, supplier availability, operational issues, safety concerns). We will notify travelers of any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.Requests to modify or cancel a reservation may be subject to supplier fees or restrictions and are not guaranteed.

  • Cancellation policies vary by airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, and other travel providers.
  • All change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Clients are responsible for all supplier-imposed penalties or fees.


TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain and maintain all required travel documents, including:

  • Valid passports
  • Visas
  • Vaccination certificates
  • Any required health or entry documentation

Entry requirements vary by destination and may change without notice. Topsail Travel is not responsible for losses resulting from incomplete, expired, or incorrect travel documents.


LIABILITY
Topsail Travel acts solely as an agent between travelers and independent travel service providers. We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, or transportation companies.We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Loss or theft
  • Delays or cancellations
  • Natural disasters
  • Acts of government
  • Strikes or labor actions
  • Any event beyond our control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Topsail Travel disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.


TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected disruptions including cancellations, medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and travel delays. While Topsail Travel can assist with obtaining insurance, it is the traveler’s responsibility to secure coverage and review policy terms.


RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Travel—particularly adventure, outdoor, or international travel—may involve inherent risks such as physical exertion, transportation challenges, unpredictable conditions, and exposure to unfamiliar environments. By booking with Topsail Travel, you voluntarily assume these risks and confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in all planned activities. Topsail Travel is not responsible for any injury, illness, damage, or loss incurred during travel. By booking through Topsail Travel, clients agree to comply with all supplier rules, policies, and requirements. Travelers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with travel and accept responsibility for their decisions, conduct, and compliance throughout the trip.

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, branding elements, and original images—is the property of Topsail Travel and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, transmitted, or otherwise used without prior written consent from Topsail Travel.

Certain images, logos, and promotional materials displayed on this website may be the property of third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and other travel providers.
